Practice makes perfect, and homework is your way of practicing what you are learning. Students should expect to have HW Monday - Thursday night. HW will usually consist of:
- Independent Reading
- Math practice
- Spelling work
- Other HW depending on what we are studying at the time
Each week, the students will get a HW cover sheet outlining the HW for the week. This will be glued into the LHS agenda book. Daily HW will be handed out and placed in the LHS homework folder. The side marked Stays At Home will be used for notices as well as finished work for parents to review and keep at home. The opposite side marked Return to School will be for any homework or items that need to be signed and returned.
